My Birthday Card

Happy Spring!!

Today is the first day of Spring. We has such a mild winter

 and weather has been absolutely gorgeous. I love it!

I wanted to share a card I received for my

 "40th" birthday last week.

This is from my sister Joyce. I love it! The paper is so pretty!

I love getting cards, especially when they are hand made!

Craft Your Passion Challenge #95

The weekend comes to an end way too fast! We did have a good weekend though. Saturday we went to visit our new nephew. He is such a cutie! And today I was able to go to a fellow Stampin Up demonstrator's (Brenda Witt) team meeting. I had a great time with the ladies.

My Sister's Birthday Card

Autumn Foliage

Today we are heading back from North Bend State Park where I'm sure we have seen some gorgeous foliage. I love Autumn, it is my favorite time of year. The trees are gorgeous!

Today I will share a card I made at a Make n Take at a local library with Brenda Witt. I loved this card.

Pretty Doilies

I can't believe it's Thursday! The days seem to pass so quick!  I am so excited, I have a new laptop. Well, not completely brand new, but new to me. And the mouse doesn't jump when I type. On my other laptop I would be typing away and have to stop because the cursor had jumped somewhere else on the page, and my words where all screwy!  But anyway....

I took the idea & layout for this card out of Paper Crafts magazine. I used the Delicate Doilies  & Kindness Matters. Both are so great, and Kindness Matters is only $8.95 for the clear set! I finally used the Cherry Cobbler embossing powder, but I don't think you can really see that in this picture.

1st Birthday Card

Hi all! I have a 1st Birthday card to share today. I made this for my baby cousin. I love making tri shutter fold cards, it is such a great way to show off beautiful paper.

I even made my first paper rosette.

I see more of these in my future!!

This is the view from the back. I used the Delicate Doilies and Swirls and Curls Verses stamp sets. And more of the In Color paper & DSP.

Brady's Birthday

I hope everyone had a great weekend and Mother's Day!

Unfortunately, it's back to work today.

This is a card I made for my nephews birthday last week. I had my nephews over a couple weeks ago to make Easter & Mother's Day cards. Braydon saw this stamp and really liked it, so I used it for his card. I used the 4th of July set for the stars & firecrackers, and Afterthoughts for the birthday greeting.

It's Friday! I am so ready for the weekend!

I have all my housecleaning done for the week, even if the house is a mess again. This weekend I am getting some crafting done.

I cased this card from Debbie Henderson. Another simple, yet great birthday card. The candles on the In Color DSP, the flames are petals from the Blossoms Petal punch.

Let's Celebrate!

Happy Thursday!! Only one more day til Friday!!

My card is really easy today. I've seen lots of similar cards around and really wanted to make one. I punched flowers from the In Color DSP with the Boho Blossom punch and glued them on a piece of white card stock. Then I ran it through the Big Shot with the lattice folder. Really simple, but I really like it! It's so fun.
